“During the pandemic, I was dealing with grief while also recovering from Covid. I was seeking a bit of peace and ease that I could maintain on my own. Over Zoom, Dianne was able to gently bring my awareness to habits that were amplifying my physical and emotional pain. Reminding me to be compassionate with myself, she taught me to expand my awareness outward (to the space around me, to my goals, to the relationship between my thoughts and the feelings they create in my body).
